Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti
1 jar of minced Black Truffle 50 g
2 eggs
Pecorino Romano cheese to taste
Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti until “al dente” and drain immediately. Place the pasta in a large saucepan, add the minced black truffle, the beaten eggs and some Pecorino cheese and toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
