Ingredients:
250g Ravioli with ricotta and spinach
100g cultivated mushrooms
1 Tbsp. White Truffle oil
Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation:
Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan, add one tablespoon of White Truffle oil; toss the ravioli pasta with the condiment for a few minutes, add Parmesan cheese.
